Booking fees and prepayments

  • For all seasons, a prepayment equal to 30 % of the total value of the stay is required via a bank deposit or valid credit card to secure the booking.
  • A minimum stay and a set dinner policy might be the house rules for a designated period during the high seasons.
  • Any booking balance is settled in advance or on arrival date via a bank deposit or a valid credit card for all seasons.
  • Especially for our loyal clientele, excluding the high season, we offer a discount on the total price of each room. Unfortunately, for this type of booking, cancellation is not possible. Therefore, any related prepayment is not returnable, only transferable and valid for another similar period, subject to management approval. Please get in touch with us by email.
  • Cancellation
    • There are no cancellation fees for any modification or cancellation before, 7 days during the low season, 14 days during the medium season, and 21 days during the high season from the arrival date.
    • For modifications within 7 days in the low season, 14 days in the medium season, and 21 days in the high season before arrival, the 30% prepayment is reserved.
    • Depending on the season, for cancellations within 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days before arrival, no appearance or early departure is reserved the total amount of your booking.
    • Some cancellations within the penalty period might be transferrable to a different period, subject to management approval. Please get in touch with us by email.

GDPR Compliance

Our company complies with GDPR in the best possible way. In the various stages of your visit to our site and any subsequent correspondence we might have concerning your booking with us, we transparently ask for your consent to retain and use your data. As a result, whatever personal data we manage to access, please note that we do not share it with anyone. We will only use it for business purposes like our marketing and company updates, event news, review requests, etc., via a direct email or MailChimp and TripAdvisor accredited platform emails. Finally, whatever personal data we might collect, we assure you of our accountability, accuracy, minimization, portability, and of your “Right to be forgotten.” For this last obligation, please let us know by email whenever you feel like it, and we will delete your data from our archives.

Prices

  • All room rates include the applicable taxes and refer to double occupancy, including breakfast for two and the use of our relaxed space under its rules and charges.
  • During the high season, a minimum stay policy is the rule for some long weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays. However, a traditional gala dinner or a festive meal might be available at an extra charge in parallel for those periods.
  • There is an extra charge per person per night for any additional bed use. However, for a child up to 12 years old, there is no extra charge for using the Khaki room and, or the use of the Junior Suite, an arrangement of the adjacent rooms, Khaki and Brown.

Covid-19

To accommodate, as best as possible, the unpleasant effects of the COVID-19 threat on both guests, and us, for the period that the epidemic is present, we have amended our cancellation and prepayment policies as follows:

Booking, cancellation, and prepayment fees on our stay Rates:

  • There are no cancellation fees for any modification or cancellation before 7 days in the low season, 14 days in the medium season, and 21 days in the high season from the arrival date.
  • For modifications within 7 days in the low season, 14 days in the medium season, and 21 days in the high season before arrival, the 30% prepayment is reserved.
  • For cancellations within 7 days before arrival in the low season,  14 days for the medium season, and 21 days for the high season, non-show or early departure is reserved the total amount of your booking.

  • For all seasons, to secure the booking, a prepayment equal to 30 % of the total value of your stay is required via either a bank deposit or a valid credit card.
  • For any modification or cancellation before 14 days from the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
  • For any modification or cancellation from up to 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total value of your stay will be reserved.
  • For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, non-show or early departure, is reserved the total amount of your booking.
