• These Booking Policies set out the key conditions that apply to reservations at Apeiros Chora. Specific terms may vary depending on the selected rate, booking channel, season, or special offer.

Rates

• Room rates may include breakfast, Wi-Fi, and private parking, unless otherwise stated.
• Displayed prices, taxes, and fees may vary depending on the booking platform, selected rate, or regional requirements.
• For direct reservations through our booking engine, applicable taxes are generally included in the displayed rate.
• For certain third-party booking platforms, taxes or local fees may appear separately during the reservation process.
• Full pricing details are always shown before booking confirmation.

Flexible rate

• A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
• The total reservation amount is charged 30 days before arrival.
• Free cancellation or modification is available up to 30 days before arrival.
• Within 30 days of arrival, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount is retained.

Non-Refundable / Advance Purchase Rate

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
• This rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Villa / Exclusive House Booking Policy

• Reservations for the exclusive use of Apeiros Chora as a private villa are subject to separate booking conditions.
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.
• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In such cases, the deposit may, subject to availability and management approval, be transferred to alternative dates.
• In the event of cancellation within 60 days of arrival, no-show, or early departure, the total reservation amount may be charged.
• Subject to availability and management approval, and particularly in cases of force majeure or other serious circumstances that objectively prevent travel, the value of a reservation may, at the sole discretion of Apeiros Chora, be transferred to alternative dates.
• Minimum-stay requirements and specific seasonal conditions may apply.

Direct Booking Benefits

• Direct bookings may include specific benefits or loyalty advantages, depending on availability and selected rate.
• Guests booking directly with Apeiros Chora are encouraged to contact us in the event of exceptional travel circumstances.
• While booking conditions remain applicable, alternative dates or solutions may occasionally be considered at management discretion and subject to availability.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 11:00
  Early check-in or late check-out upon request.

Wellness Area

• The traditional hammam and jacuzzi are available upon request and subject to house guidelines and availability.

Special Dates & Occasions

• During selected holidays, festive periods, or private events, special stay conditions, minimum-night requirements, or participation in arranged experiences may apply.

House Character & Shared Spaces

• Apeiros Chora is a historic mansion with shared lounges, courtyards, and wellness areas.
• Guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet character of the house, the neighbouring village environment, and the comfort of fellow guests.
• Apeiros Chora is a non-smoking indoor property. Guests wishing to smoke are kindly requested to use the designated outdoor areas only

Accessibility Note
Due to the mansion’s historic architecture, some areas feature stone steps, level changes, and traditional staircases. Guests with specific mobility needs are kindly invited to contact us before booking so we can advise on the most suitable room arrangement.
